2. Our Services

Pure On supplies residential and commercial water purification systems (including the SS 304 Series), free basic water testing, installation, maintenance, and related support across selected cities in Tamil Nadu: Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Trichy, Salem, and Erode.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• Prices displayed on this website are indicative. The final quotation for any system is confirmed only after a free water test determines your zone-specific pre-treatment requirements.
• EMI options, where offered, are provided by third-party finance providers and subject to their approval.
• Care Plan (AMC) pricing applies after expiry of the standard warranty period.

4. Bookings, Installation & Cancellation

• Free water test appointments and installations are scheduled subject to technician availability in your area.
• You may reschedule or cancel a booking by notifying us via WhatsApp or phone at least 4 hours before the slot.
• Installation requires adequate space, an electrical point, and access to your water source as specified by the technician.

5. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, logos, product claims, and design elements on this website belong to Pure On or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission.

6. Accuracy & Water Quality Disclaimer

Water chemistry varies by locality and season. Performance figures (such as recovery rates or TDS reduction) depend on source-water conditions, usage, and maintenance. Free water test results are indicative assessments to guide system configuration and are not certified laboratory reports unless expressly stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pure On is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Indian law.
